A throwback to last week when our students had Bulgogi (불고기) right after their Korean classes at Rolling Korea! Bulgogi is a compound word of “bul” and “gogi”. “Bul” means fire? and “gogi” means meat? in Korean so, Bulgogi literally means “fire meat”. It is made of thin, marinated slices of beef or pork grilled on a barbecue or on a stove-top griddle. Bulgogi is considered as one of the most common Korean food. All of our students were very satisfied with the food that we tried! ?
