A throwback to last week when our students had Bulgogi (불고기) right after their Korean classes at Rolling Korea! Bulgogi is a compound word of “bul” and “gogi”. “Bul” means fire🔥 and “gogi” means meat🍖 in Korean so, Bulgogi literally means “fire meat”. It is made of thin, marinated slices of beef or pork grilled on a barbecue or on a stove-top griddle. Bulgogi is considered as one of the most common Korean food. All of our students were very satisfied with the food that we tried! 😊
